Chapter 22- Inlove

Belle's Point Of View*

Reed wiped my tears with his handkerchief and Leo gave me water and I drank it.

"Don't worry. Your salary is safe here at the Company and only you can get it and not your Stepmother," said Leo as I looked at him.

"Thank you the both of you."

I moved away from Reed because he was still hugging me when I noticed that his clothes were wet from my tears.

"I'm sorry, Reed. Your clothes are wet."

He looked at his clothes and shook his head.

"It's okay, are you alright? Shall we go home?"

I nodded and suddenly my stomach rumbled and my eyes widened.

What a shame!

"I think Belle is hungry."

"Sorry!"

I covered my face because of shame! My gosh! My stomach is still involved.

"Okay, let's go. Leo and I are also hungry. We need to eat."

Reed held my hand as I looked at him.

"Let's go?"
