I woke up with a start and immediately started patting my nightstand looking for my phone. When I finally got it into my hand I unlocked it and went through my calls. Yup, I really talked with Osprey last night. So this wasn't just a dream. f**k! But a guy can wish, right? I found an unread message from Osprey. You should come with them. I could really use someone to keep him in check. What the hell was he talking about? I replayed our yesterday's conversation in my mind and it all started coming back. My eye-opening evening with Virginia. Kite being the Fire from the prophecy. Ossy telling me that she forced him to host Seth next week to, as she put it, make them one grinning like fools, happy family. So that's probably what his text is all about. Damn Moron ……
