Jo had been watching over Isaac's motionless body for the last several hours when his eyes snapped open, causing her heart to stutter. The irises that met her's were not the normal mossy green of her mate, but a gleaming chartreuse infused with gold and she knew that his transition had been successful. She was staring into the eyes of her mate's wolf and Xena was spinning around her mind in excitement as she cried out for her mate. "Mine," Isaac growled out in a voice gravelly with his wolf.
He internally cringed at the sound of his own voice and looked for the source of the change. Within the confines of his mind lurked the image of a large wolf and he forced himself not to recoil. Well, you gonna introduce yourself or just continue to creep in the back of my mind?
His wolf shook out……
