While Josie stays behind to measure the ruby pack, Archer drives to school, looking repeatedly at the empty seat beside him, he decided to forgo the shower and just have Josie’s scent all over him.
It dulls the ache of not having her right there with him. He has found that it is incredibly easy to fall into a routine with Josie, it has just been one week, yet it feels strange to pull up his vehicle alone, it feels strange to not have her by his side as he walks into school.
As soon as Archer walks into the school, Zeke bumps shoulders with him, Archer flinches back slightly as a slight sizzle of skin occurs on his wrist, Zeke’s shirt only moved up a little and the silver touched Archer, not enough to hurt just enough for him to notice.
“What the f*ck?”
Zeke doesn’t notice anything, ……
