The carving was pretty mediocre. Looks like someone grabbed a knife and muddled their way through the process. It was tough and inconsistent.
It was thought provoking still. The Memorial hall of the rivers wasn't a known place. Stella wouldn't know if it was. She turned to Asael for answers.
"This is where our ancestors reside after death. I mean, their portraits and their work is archived here. Let's see what's inside."
"You haven't been here before?" She asked in astonishment.
"Not after the age of six, if I remember correctly. It's been twenty years. Changes must have been made while I wasn't here."
