Astredian smiled inwardly at the sweet expression of wide-eyed want that Elise was giving him, though he let his own face settle into the neutral, impassive expression he often wore when tending to fraught guild matters. She was at once nervous and excited, lustful and just a little shy; this expression paired with the way she bit her lip was almost irresistible. He had to push back the urge to drown her with kisses so that he could give her what he knew she really wanted; what they both wanted.
When they reached the grassy space around the stand of trees, he let go of her hair, and grabbed her wrists instead, turning her about so that she was facing away from him with her hands pinned against the bark of the palm in front of them.
“You’re a naughty girl, aren’t you Ellie…?” Astredian growle……
