Chapter 2: December 22nd-2

I met Kevin on Grindr. Honestly, I kind of thought that after meeting Guy I could cancel all the other dates, so I haven’t built up any expectations about Kevin. But now I think that maybe that’s a good thing. Like, you know, it’s always the guy you don’t expect, right?

I decide to go with my red chequered shirt this time. And I ruffle my hair. I’m not superstitious but it feels right to do everything differently from last time.

In his profile, Kevin looks hot. So hot that I am a little intimidated just looking at his picture. Which makes me suspicious, because I don’t look hot, in pictures or otherwise. He calls me “cute” in our conversations, so maybe he’s got poor eyesight, who knows. He says that he likes dancing, going out with his “mates,” and meeting new people. So, we aren’t exactly ……
