There’s no one home, I thought to myself when I did not receive any response as I knocked and stood there outside of Nanami’s house. It was rare for them to leave the house at that hour, but maybe they were eating dinner outside. I turned my back and started walking towards my apartment room when suddenly, a man who was walking towards my direction caught my eyes.
There was no one in the hallway except the two of us so I immediately noticed him and caught my attention.
The man’s body was covered wholly by his clothes – a blue jacket on his top and black pants, and his hood was also over his head. Isn’t he feeling a little uncomfortable with the hot weather? I thought to myself. It was already summer, and the hot temperature was becoming more unb……
