We returned to the house and I was grateful to be there. I just needed five hours of sleep, and then Marius and I could start the next part of the plan. The only other person who knew my plans, aside from Jen, was Talia. Richard and Heather would never agree.
All Heather knew was that it was an illness, which would cause serious fatalities. She didn’t realize that the fatalities would primarily be vampires. Any creature who lived because of magic would die.
Originally, I’d planned to go get Iara and the others while everyone was breaking the curse, but I changed it when Brian, Brooke, and Sean came with us. When we’d reached the house, he took me aside and told me he couldn’t get into his uncle’s room until the next day. It would have to take one more day.
