Chpter 42 - Fun at the Pier

Ariel POV 

Today was my day off, and I am ready to head to the city and celebrate Federica. She is turning of age today and I can´t be happier about it. 

She made me promise to keep the thing simple, after all, this is the first time she celebrates her birthday. She told me that her parents were omegas, and were killed in a rogue attack. She was placed on the system as an orphan and when she turned 16 she was assigned a job at the castle. Anya has been her boss ever since, and despite being higher in rank, Anya sees her as a daughter.

I can see Anya adopting every defenseless being around her. That is in her nature, that is who she is… I am living proof of it. 

I decided to wear some ripped skinny jeans, with a black off-the-shoulder loose top and my sneakers. We plan on having fun down at the……
