I went down to Lyall’s office. My wolf was barely under control. I was barely under control. My jealousy was hard to handle.
Livy would probably scold me for thinking that anything she did before we were mated had any bearing on our current relationship. I had to know, though. I couldn’t work in the same room as a man who had slept with my mate.
When I reached his office, I took a deep breath before I reached for the doorknob. I opened the door and Lyall glanced up at me. His mate was seated next to him behind his desk. I had to do this privately, if Philip was anything like me, he would get jealous too.
“Lyall, I need to speak with you… privately.” I said.
“Sure thing.” He replied and got up.
Lyall took me to a nearby office, which wasn’t being used. We went inside and I closed the door behind……
