Austin looks at the woman they are facing who poses absolutely no threat to the two of them and then looks at Harlow. He can feel her tension in her body. He feeds off that, he can feel her emotions. It is not just a point of sensing it or being able to read her now. He can feel it deep within his bones.
He trusts her opinion and knows that she can see things he can't possibly, so he trusts her words straight away, he doesn’t need evidence, only blind faith.
Harlow’s senses are on full alert. Her hackles are raised. They turn together. Harlow's increased hearing picking up the slightest metallic sound, but it is enough to turn her random paranoia into full full blown fear, not for herself, for Austin.
