Outside the venue, it takes a while for Blake to track down Indi. It is one hundred times if not a thousand times harder to track her without the help of Sam, which makes him twice as unwilling. It is the first time he has felt like he is doing something for his mate under genuine sufferance.
Again, all they're doing is focusing on Indi instead of his own problem. Where is his time? Where is the effort towards him?
If it wasn't for the fact that Indi is over-dramatically sobbing, near wailing, so loudly that Blake would have to be deaf not to hear her. If she wasn't sitting in the most obvious spot on a seat directly under a street light, if she was actually trying to hide from him, he would have no chance of finding her.
