Bella and Ric are very different. While they were brought up in the same home, they were given different upbringings. Vin was supposed to be tough and less emotional due to the legacy he inherited from his dad, to take over the mafia when the time came. The Romano and Leonardi families don't involve their daughters and their women in their mafia business and provide them with as normal an atmosphere as possible.
