Leonard’s POV
Yesterday when I first smelled Amelia’s sweet scent at the diner, my wolf Lance got very excited. But once I realized who it was, I was filled with anxiety. In the three years we had been apart, I hadn’t found anyone that I wanted more than I wanted her. The guys kept teasing me, so I didn’t have time to think of the best way to approach Amelia again. But then she had to anger and humiliate me in front of my Alpha, and treat me like some misbehaving child. And I wanted to hurt her back for that. In retrospect, I knew I had deserved it, but I certainly wasn’t in the mood to be reasonable at the time.
When I saw Amelia last night being abused by those rogue assholes, I felt so much anger that I completely snapped. I chased down the guy who dared to shove his stupid ……
