CHAPTER TWENTY
Mila tensed up for a second, halting her advance. She wasn't really sure if she wanted to find Spectra there. As long as she didn't go in the apartment, it was Schroedinger's cat. The result was still fuzzy. Anything might have happened to her, and also she might have betrayed her.
Nothing was set in steel.
As soon as she stepped foot in there, it would become real.
She swallowed, trying to ignore the sounds of f*****g from all around them. The apartments were meant exactly for that, a place of privacy so johns could f**k the girls from the strip club for a lot of extra credits. The sounds came out muffled through the doors, vivid overacting and screams of pleasure, with random lines of, 'Wow, f**k me with that big c**k of yours,' and 'Take it all in, cunt.'
