*Alexis POV*
I don't actually doubt that he can protect me. I haven't seen the strength of other werewolves all I know is Lucas is ridiculously strong. But I don't want to be in the situation where I need protecting again. I still think about how I had to be saved from Daniel. That is not my style. I am strong and I want to be able to protect myself. Lucas wraps his arm around me and walks downstairs. Mum is in the kitchen.
"Good morning Tara"
"Good morning Lucas, Alexis"
"I was wondering if I could borrow Alexis for the weekend, I will return her safe and sound on Sunday afternoon"
"Umm yeah sure, but Lucas?"
"Yes"
"Look after her won't you?"
"With my dying breath"
I roll my eyes. Mum laughs. I know he is serious, but he sounds like a psycho.
