Erica stepped out of the bedroom and I watched from my place on the terrace as she took a few careful steps in those high heels until she found her balance and looked up. Our eyes met as she walked toward me, hers were dark brown with dark secrets that she keeps to herself. But I was a fûcking bastàrd who stole them from her. And now I was trying to make up for it, just not because I felt like I shouldn’t have, no, it's because I wanted to. And for the fact, I was glad that I knew what I knew, it’d be quicker to make them pay for what they did to her. I’ll make everyone of the fûcking arseholes who ever touched her.
When she came out on the terrace, her eyes widened to see the fairy lights above our hearts and the table set for two with candle lights and a single daffod……
