Raven didn't get to know the reason behind Ace's swollen lips. Marilyn was already at the end of her patience with the boys and didn't feel like spending anymore of her time around then for a while.
After confirming the time and place of their meeting, Raven and Marilyn didn't stay at their table. As soon as they left, a subtle silence spread on the table.
"I am quiet curious to know if Raven saw anything useful." Damon broke the silence first. Ever since they came back last night, none of them had any idea about what Raven experienced.
"We will know today." Maverick calmly ate his breakfast and spoke as they he was mentioning the weather and not a crucial part of their mission.
"We'll, she doesn't look traumatized so that's a good thing. It must not be that bad out there. I knew those old men……
