"How's father?" Cassandra asked her mother while welcoming her into my mansion.
I followed them from behind, feeling annoyed with this woman's presence.
"Your father is doing well, my dear. He wanted to come along with me to see you, but he has to attend to an important work. He's traveling soon, " Linda shared, stepping into the living room with her daughter.
We all sat down together while mother and daughter spoke. Now I was beginning to wonder where the 'US' is in this meeting Casey spoke about.
"So, did you tell him about Anastasia? What was his reaction?" Cassandra gave out a sinister smile, craving to hear of her father's reaction towards the news of Anna's appearance.
