Chapter Nineteen

Hi Readers! Sorry for the delay, but if you saw my note on Fighting For Hope yesterday we had severe thunderstorms that knocked out power for over 9 hours. A tornado touched down only a few miles from my home. We literally had golf ball to almost baseball sized hail. I won't lie it is the first storm that has truly scared us since we moved here, and severe thunderstorms and possible tornadoes are a constant here. I will let you all know that we are in rainy season per se too. Sadly, the power transformer near our house gets knocked out a lot due to weather or squirrels wreaking havoc. Normally power is restored quickly, but clearly it wasn't due to the storm. We were one of the few lucky ones. No real damage other than the hail shredding some tree branches and leaves. I can't work if power is out clearly. We are good tho. I have had issues with my sinus condition, but I don't think it will interfere too much. Thank you as always for reading. Kay C
