Elise had tried to rest as much as possible for the past few hours, but she was left tossing and turning until she checked the clock and saw it was time to meet Rygan and the others.
Elise then got dressed in a comfy turtleneck beige sweater that was given to her with comfortable leggings and shoes, and she tied her head up in a messy bun.
She still had that creeping feeling that makes the end of her hair raise as she shuddered “don’t worry , your age now, you’re back at the moon house with Rygan” she assures herself.
Taking one last glance at her reflection and hoping there was no mark in sight from Rygan’s mouth on her, she walked out of the chambers and headed for Rygan’s familiar study.
She couldn’t help but question a few skeptical gazes that guards and servants gave her as she passed the……
