Ezrah did not bother to check what was in the papers, already guessing how everything had been exaggerated.
“Dad, I will come home and explain it to you, please.” He was already at the door as he spoke to his father, but the latter refused to accept it.
“No. Start explaining it now.”
Ezrah’s brows furrowed in annoyance. “That woman is Zora. I confirmed it yesterday.” Disbelief registered in his father’s mind, causing his face to contort in confusion. Wasn’t Zora dead?
Ezrah did not have time to explain, saying, “you don’t believe me? Call her parents, but I have to go.”
