Familia Ante Omnia

There have been quite a few characters over the years that I've either read about, or written about, that have shattered my heart with their deaths. I knew when I started writing this story, that Viper would be one of the characters who died. I hadn't quite figured out how I wanted it to play out, but I knew she would play a huge role in how the story panned out from that point. I couldn't think of a better way than protecting Caspien, because she was just... too good for this world she was living in. (I know these are just fictional characters, but damn, writing about them makes you feel connected) I hope some of you don't hate me as much as you did at the end of Undetectables.
Now that I'm done with this chapter, I'm going to go cry some more.
