"Hera, are you focusing, hun?"

I raise my eyes, Grace's voice pulling me out of my thoughts. We've been standing in this corridor for a while now, but from the reduced number of girls around, it's probably my turn soon. I nod. I still can't wrap my head around why Charles' new staff member would have come from my brother's company... but I do have to focus right now. Cecily briefed me; this audition is basically to get into some big brand's list of models, so if I get in, it means there’ll be a lot of jobs coming up, and I do want to work some more. I glance around at my rivals. Most of them are younger girls, some probably not even twenty yet.
