PLEASE READ THIS NOTE-- I received a lot of messages regarding this chapter and why it was "late." The fact of the matter is it is not late. I have stated on more than one occasion that I do NOT have a specific upload time, only the fact that I will update on MWF. I am still on vacation with family and close friends, and I am helping my sick mother with errands because she cannot drive.
