Hi Readers! A few people were wondering why the betrayal pains weren't felt. I explained the talismans in a previous chapter. Essentially there is no soul tie with chosen mates, and the betrayal pains are felt due to the soul being tied. The talismans kept the fated mates from feeling when their mate was with others, along with suppressing the bond. Chosen mates are basically cheated on like we are in the non-fantasy world. I'm not sure how many more chapters (another question), but we are nearing the end. I'm very grateful to everyone who has taken a chance to read this story.
