The End of the Beginning

Those 12 statues... If I'm correct, and I do think I am, they were the statues of Zeus, Poseidon, Apollo, Ares, Hermes, Hephaestus, Hera, Athena, Demeter, Artemis, Hestia, and Aphrodite respectively. These 12 gods and goddesses can be basically considered the primary divinities of the Greek Pantheon. So the Divine Church is based on Greek Mythology...?
