Chapter Twenty Five

Phew. I got this written down. Wow. Hasn't been a year yet, has it? Lol. Don't take me seriously most of the time. I give no straight answers (Until I do. Really, judge for yourselves. Life is a gamble) Landon is antisocial af btw. I've been showing him through Claire's eyes most of the story, which is why he seems more talkative. Very few people get to see him like that. And he does not like Jake to begin with lol. If Jake hadn't tried talking to him it would have been one very very silent trip. Also, he is in hunting mode, which makes him even more quiet. He didn't talk to anyone for months when he was looking for Allison. Jake was met with an important question. Whether he comes up with a satisfactory answer is up to him. Landon is someone that questions a lot of set ideals. Two were revealed in this chapter: Mates and 'rightful heirs'. He has his reasons. It will all be revealed someday. Or not. I am lazy.
