Two Mates?

  Zari softly giggled and patted her cousin’s shoulder. The Queen smiles as she watch the girls playfully bicker at each other.

“How about Davorin, would you give him a chance?”Lady Amica suddenly asked, and everyone looked at her.

  To everyone Lady Amica’s question is nothing but a playful and teasing question, but to Zari it has an impact on her that she cannot explain.  

“W-What?”Zari asked.

“I asked you about Lord Davorin. You two seems to be getting closer and he blantly expressing his interest in you, so are you willing to give him a chance?”Lady Amica asked.

  Zari was quiet for a second before she let out a humourless laugh, and her cousins gave her a worried look.

“Why would I give him a chance? He’s a nobody to me.”Zari said.
