Nevaeh flinched, nearly dropping Archibald’s key, when her phone suddenly beeped. It wasn’t just a normal notification beep for a text or email. This beep meant business. Something had come near enough to their boundary lines and tripped security alerts. Racing back over to bed, she grabbed her phone and looked down at the screen which blared to life, displaying a live video-feed, alerting her to a property breach at the north end of Claremont’s territory. Her heart jumped, thinking of the possibility of it being Lesser demons. They would be utter ass-hats to have followed them here and attack her father’s territory, but a Lesser demon wasn’t known for their intelligence.
