I had left camp on Friday night and went home. Luckily for me, Kaden had gone back to the private school and he'd had a very long talking to by our parents.
Dad had pulled up outside the camp at six-thirty and was accompanied by Bulldog Jr, Kyelr and Casapian. They all shook my dad's hand and told him how well I was settling in and how proud they were of me. I rolled my eyes discreetly so none of them saw. They all hugged me goodbye reminding me I would see them in a week's time to start my journey into becoming a camp counsellor.
I slid into the car and put my seatbelt on and waved goodbye to them.
“They are a little old for you aren't they?”
“Dad, they're my foremost nothing more nothing less. They're all good guys and I've learnt a lot from them.”
