and now Polly has done gone and really mucked it up. I wanted to do something where the girl screws up for once and not the guy. In her defense, she's sixteen and spreading her wings. They call it growing pains for a reason. Question is, how much pain will she cause? I was wrong, we'll see one more encounter from them at this age in the next chapter. Then we'll jump ahead three years.
