The Northen Brothers Chapter 1 The Start Almy and Ben were resting in their mom's laps, listening to her story. She was sharing about, when she was stuck in China, the women won't let her give her birth to both of them, Almy and Ben. And after that, added their father's story, who was struggling to meet his children and her, he was even stuck in China, location, wasn't known. He tried to move on, but he can't. If he dies in crossing the borders, he won't ever be able to see both of them and her. So, he is 'still' there. "But", she narrated, "Your father is a very brave man, he was almost leaving his life, in China, when I wanted to give birth to both of you. He struggled a lot, and finally because, we at last fought against them, together. And I gave birth to both of you, my precious stones...". She said, and kissed both of them. "I love both of you. And now, I am... Huh! Nothing! Both of you sleep, it's late... Good night, my sweeties.", She said, taking a deep breath. Both of them wondered about, why is their mom not doing anything now. But they were unaware of what struggles their mother was still making, for the children to meet their father. Almy coughed and slept. Ben kissed his mom back and slept. And, of course, their mother was writing a letter to their father. Their holidays were going on, she saw her sweet children sleeping and slept, in the chair, laying her head on the letter which was kept on the table. © ~The Author Girl -vedikapatil
