Prologue The old beautiful two story horse barn had received a complete makeover. Aubrey and Avery had spent the last three months getting it ready for their upcoming wedding. Since it was nice weather this time of year, the horses were able to stay outside most of this New England Summer, and a temporary shelter was provided to them to shield them from the hot summer sun. New paint was applied to the barn, new stairs were built to supplement the prior ladder system, a full sound and security system was installed by Avery's company, and a full cleaning had been completed. The barn was ready! They were one step closer to their big day! Of course, Aubrey and Avery didn't actually remove the old wooden ladder from the barn. It held memories of their first sexual encounter together! No, the new beautiful wooden stairs that had been installed recently were just an addition to the barn, not a replacement for their memories, those 18 long years ago when they were both teenagers in high school.
