Jason wanted nothing more than to break out of the mold forced on him by the traditions of his family and be allowed to follow her to school, but an ongoing war with rogue factions in the werewolf world have kept him exactly where he didn’t want to get stuck. Though he’d much rather be studying alongside his mate and supporting her through her education, he can’t help his strength and talent for fighting. When his pack needed him, he felt obligated to stay. Now two years later, Jason has clearance from the Alpha to leave the pack temporarily so he can focus on wooing his mate. Ronnie is about to graduate from college, and he plans to surprise her after the ceremony. He can only hope she will be happy to see him after all this time and that he will finally be able to convince her to come home and be with him at long last.
