Lu sicheng Alfonso is an infamous mafia gang leader of the three head lion gang. He is disturbed by his father who always make him feel uncomfortable but things took a fortunate turn after he encountered Amberlyn mikaelson, a 27 year old lady who had arrived in China to surprise her fiance, xiao ren, who had been dating her over 6 years while she was still in London She gets disappointed on seeing him with another lady who's not only carrying his child but also married to him. She cried bitterly and heartbroken she heads to a club in hopes to drink her sorrow away but she's harassed by a group of perverts who wanted to exploit her but she is saved by lu sicheng who also had his drink spiked by his best friend lui ye in hopes that he could pregnant a lady and find true love in the process. After she's saved by lu sicheng, they both spend the night together leading to a one night stand. However, she wakes up to find a man lying next to her infuriated by annoyance and shame she leaves the hotel without waiting for him to wake up. When he does wake up she's long gone and no where to be found it turns out he has fallen for her and hopes to find her soon but to no avail as he doesn't have her picture but only her charm bracelet with her name engraved in it. Amberlyn kept stalking her boyfriend in hope to convince him to like her and keep the relationship but he embarrassed her in front of everyone causing her to become the object of mockery for everyone including Bai Suzi who pushed her to the ground. She spends 3 months in China hoping to get over the misfortune in her life but she is reeking in too much heartache that she tries to take her life from falling by from the tallest building because she had just discovered she is pregnant and couldn't possibly take it back to the UK as her foster parents would disown her since she wasn't loved by anyone. On reaching the Yakuza fashion company to take her life she bumped into the arrogant Ryan who seemed unhappy and totally ghosts her. She takes the elevator to the penthouse and tries to take her life but is saved by lui ye. He brings her before Lu sicheng and tells him that she tried to take her life but he couldn't care less and excuses lui ye and she is left in his office alone. She's scared and quiet and after a long day in silence sicheng offers to drive her home but upon hearing his father has come to see him he offered to pay her a huge amount of money to pretend to be his fake bride whom he had wedded while he was in the UK. She tries to protest but upon seeing sicheng's father she hastily agreed to the offer and sees it as an opportunity to get even with xiao ren. Their relationship grew stronger by each day and she had to deal with his arrogance on daily basis but he ends up falling hard for her but trust remains the problem I'm their relationship after he learns Amberlyn is pregnant, he tries to abort it but is overhead by his father and is reprimanded by him and his mother who has taken a fondness of Amberlyn. However, Bai Suzi is told that her fiance is now engaged and she tries all possible means to win her man over and will go against all odds even if it costs amberlyn's life she will stop at nothing and she's deemed on achieving this by digging her past life with the help of xiao ren her lover. This story reveals the betrayal, mistrust, lust and desire between couples who barely knew each other and turns from worst enemies to starstruck lovers all because of a mistake but how will the revelation pull their relationship or will Suzi get her way?
