It’s been three years since Jax lost control and killed Robert in front of Jared and his pack, since then, Jax has sworn off killing, he’s even stepped down from his second in command role as the enforcer, and he is just fine with that, problem is, the rest of the family aren’t, pack members are starting to cause trouble again, and worse than that, there’s a hunter on the loose killing people and terrorising packs, and not just one hunter, two. Rose needs to convince Jax to kill again, right now, everyone needs the killer, the psycho, not the lover, not the father, because if something isn’t done soon, bodies will be piling up, at this point, Jax is everyone’s only hope and they’re going to need him to dig into the deepest and darkest parts of himself, parts he has buried away and vowed never to let out again.

Jax is a werewolf unlike any other, a serial killer who targets sinners, evil people, uses his werewolf abilities to help the innocent, at least this is how he views it. His family don’t understand him, sometimes he doesn’t even understand himself. More wolf like than the others, sometimes more monster. Something changed within him when he was a child, an unspoken trauma. He believed Rose saved his soul, he isn’t proud of what he does, but since her, since their children, things have been much better, but there are some things that not even Rose knows about Jax, or how he got to be the way that he is.

This is the second book to ‘The omega and her triplet mates’ you’ll need to read the first one to understand what’s going on in this one. warning: this book will be darker and a little more kinky, If you don’t like multiple mates, again this is definitely not for you. TRIGGER warning, does talk about r.ape and even mentions a roleplay of one but no acts of it. Also has two scenes of daddy roleplay so if you don’t like that don’t read, or maybe skip the scenes. Rose knew him as Jax the ruthless and dangerous one with a dark secret, his brothers were Fenris the quiet and mysterious one and Romulus the romantic one and a real ladies man. What happens when the three sexy dominant triplets that have the females begging to date them turn out to be Roses true mates? Will they all three reject her? They say opposites attract, it couldn’t be more true when it came to Molly and Trick, he was a werewolf, broken, damaged, the alphas second in command and full of rage left from a bad pack, cold as ice to others it’s easier for him to control that rage if he stays cold, numb. She’s human, shy, gentle, different in that she has autism and is the only human that knows werewolves exist, she loves affection, he doesn’t, she challenges him in ways that no one else ever has, their story has been a whirlwind of passion, pain, a love triangle, he was her first, werewolves can’t date humans, it’s complicated, she thinks the problem is easy to solve, just get bitten, but humans rarely survive the bite, let alone the excruciating change, with all the sensory overloads the change will bring, it will surely kill her. He is on a desperate hunt to find her before it’s too late, she’s gone to his old pack, she wants to ask them to bite her because no one else will, they will do far worse than bite her, he needs to get to her first, because one thing they can both agree on is how they feel for one another, and he isn’t going to let anyone take that away from him even if it kills him.
