Centuries after novasapiens, the original inhabitants of Earth and the human's ancient ancestors, have returned from the stars, the world has changed--technology is a thousand years advanced at the cost of Earth's land, sky, sea, and global culture.

When Winter, a starry-eyed, ambitious prodigy, along with her friends, are the lucky few to enter the C.I.P., a program for the world's best and brightest to jumpstart their careers, she thought she was one step closer to achieving her dream--her dream of becoming a spacer to see and reach the stars.
However, she fails, and her dream of becoming a spacer is shattered. But on that very same day, an unknown calamity strikes, and at this point in time, the chance of a disaster happening was lower than 0. With the help of her friend, she manages to get into safety but she suddenly bumps into a novasapien in a bloodied, bruised, and beaten spacer suit. Realizing that she may be able to become a spacer under the man's tutelage, she offers him her hand and he reluctantly agrees.

At last, she is able to fly a spacer ship, however, things aren't as good as she thought. Told that the stranger she has helped was of another race from their old homeworld, she becomes a subject for experiments to the same people leading the CIP. However, the effects of encountering that stranger are starting to appear. She recalls memories that aren't hers--places she's never been to, and people she's never seen before. And in these memories, she sees another chance to become a spacer in another way.
With her sense of self becoming blurred, she now options; follow the memories and find the man for another chance at her dream, or comply with the experiments and stay for her own safety.

            The stars.

Blinking bits of white. Wonder, hope, and purity made material. They lay glued on the blackness everywhere, with varying colors, motions, and shapes.
