Lexi is hospitalized after a long illness and the doctors say if she doesn't get a heart transplant, she will die. She finally gets the heart of a man who was killed by his friends and is out to seek revange through her. He in a dream gives Lexi conditions and instructions that comes with visions of what she is supposed to do as he also had a virus he was working on for some bidders that he wants Lexi to get rid of or else alot of people will perish if it gets to spread. Lexi developes an alter ego and she begins to go after her own enemies murdering them with a knife. She also ignore Thompson who is the other person within her and he ends up giving her only three days to complete the mission or she dies.. will Lexi complete the mission and save everyone from the virus within those three days?..

Laura thought that Martin would drop the gun but he did not. He scanned the the environment real quick and spotted Lofti in his location then smiled and shook his head looking back at Laura
