His DNA was found in the crime scene and this was the milestone for the investigator to discover some truths to prove himself innocent.

Looks like the murderer is now openly challenging the police and making fun of the county for not being able to catch him even after such a long time. The criminal is out there in open while the civilians are scared to step outside of their homes. How long will the police department ignore the pain and yearnings of society?
Police officials and the government are depressed for not being able to answer the pleading families of the victim.
