Humans, Mutants, Aliens, and Artificial Intelligence have been living together in strained peace for about twenty years. Even so, as such events have piggybacked off of centuries of human prejudice, the stigma of being anything but pure human can be problematic.
Eddie Stanley is a young metahuman with rapid regeneration. Not particularly threatening, but after choosing to add her name to the meta registry, she learns that what was designed to keep her safe can easily be used to cause her harm.
