The Final Survivor Reincarnates In Another World

10 years ago, portals opened across the world. Through these portals, various monsters began to pass through. And as soon as more and more portals appeared, more humans began to gain access to a system with superhuman benefits. Though, even with the power of the system, mankind eventually became extinct due to internal disputes.
And now, exactly 10 years after that event, Argus, the great warrior who fought through it all, was drenched in a pool of his own blood. Slowly, as he begins to close his eyes, he feels the long lost peace return to his soul. But the Gods had a different plan for him.
After Argus's vision is blurred out temporarily, his eyelids pop back open.
He sees the sun still shining bright in the sky, and he finds no portal to be near him.
"Wh-Where am I? H-How am I still alive?"
As he questions himself further, he begins to realise that he now stands in another world.
"But wait. Why are my arms so thin? Why do I feel so short?"
He walks to the a river to see his reflection.
"What the...? How in the world did I reincarnate in the body of a teenager?!"

Argus squinted his eyes slightly as he thought, 'I should act as if I know what she's talking about for now to avoid any suspicion.'
Argus looked into his mother's eyes and spoke, "I understand mother. I'm sorry for making you worry so much."
